'i have twins in a side by side double pushchair will I be able to join a buggyfit class?'
buggyfit classes are designed to accommodate all mums so routes are designed for double buggies too!

'i am keen to get back into shape as soon as my baby is born, can i come to class after a few weeks?'
at buggyfit we insist you have your six week GP check and clearance to resume exercise before joining our class (8-10 weeks for ceaesarean).

'i have two children can my older child come too?'
older children are welcome to join us as long as they are in a buggy. unfortunately we do not allow buggy boards or baby slings due to the bad posture it creates.

'my baby is over a year old, have i left it too late to join?'
not at all...now is the time to do something for you and have fun with other new mums, join us at our next class!

'do i need to buy a special buggy to be able to attend a class?'
no! any buggy will do, but bring your most robust buggy if you can.

'what do i need to wear to a buggyfit class?'
wear comfortable clothing that you can move around easily in, for example jogging pants and a t-shirt/sweatshirt, footwear should always be comfortable trainers and it is advisable to wear a well fitting sports bra.

'what happens in bad weather?'
there is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing! if it rains, we get wet...just bring along a cover for your buggy and some waterproofs for you, maybe even a change of clothes for when you finish.

'should i bring anything else?'
we need to be prepared for all weather conditions, so always bring waterproofs, hats and gloves (usually needed between october and april) and sunscreen. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water and maybe a little snack or toy for your baby and most importantly...you ready to have fun!

'I am not very fit and worried i'll get left behind'
don't be. our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and we'll work with you to help improve your fitness level. don't worry about your pelvic floor either, we will provide you with lots of subtle exercises to get those muscles back in shape too!

'my mum is staying with me this week, can she come along to class too?'

of course! dads, grandmas and grandpas can all come a long for free.
**(except painshill park classes where a £1.50 donation to the park is charged)

'how much will i have to pay?'
